Haleburg?

Ok, i need some clarification.
CVMS in cottonwood is saying Haleburg is not opening up.
Joe Hall is calling everyone and telling everyone that he is going to be running on Friday nights in two weeks.
I called Joe Alderman and he said that it was in a "stalemate" that nothing has been determined and they were going to take it to court.
I talked to someone who called Joe Hall and he said it was his land and his lawyer is saying there is nothing anyone can do to stop him.
Now through my dealings with CVMS in Haleburg and in Cottonwood the only consistant person I have found that has been truthful is Joe Alderman. I have had everyone else double talk me. Joe Hall has always said what people have wanted to hear. I know they are working on the track in Haleburg but if it hasnt been to court then what has been settled?
Joe (alderman), what can you tell us? You told me Saturday that the lawyers had pretty much just sat on it, each waiting for the other side to make a move, sounds like Joe Hall is making his move. Are y'all going to take him to court and block him from opening? or are you going to work with him since he is wanting to open on Friday nights?
Now i will say this. I think that Joe Hall is a liar and a thief. I think he took control of the property dishonestly and anyone who supports him is a hypocrit. Don has his faults but he has put in a lot of hard work and money to give us a place to race. When Joe Hall did this, they wasted no time in securing Cottonwood and we raced on time. My hats off to Joe Alderman and Don for pulling that off. As far as Haleburg I know that me and mine will never step foot on the property if joe hall has anything to do with it.
